I turn to food when I am happy, sad, relaxed, hormonal, stressed, tired, and so on. Food is good. I do not need to be hungry to eat. It is not the healthiest attitude in the world but it is sure one I believe in. This love of food I inherited from my mother, whoContinue reading “Lately, I’m obsessed with”
Over the weekend, I managed to put in some work in further greening our backyard. Most of it is already teeming with plants but the wrought iron plant structure attached to the back of the tiny house has yet to receive some love. It took three tries until I finally settled on a grouping thatContinue reading “Touring my backyard, literally”
I have not done a plants post in a while so what better way to catch up than share some of my favorite plants? There are plants at every corner of our tiny house and I honestly love them all. Since our traveling came to a halt last December, I really got into houseplants and gardening. It gave me so much joy as a beginner because plants are easy and they respond so well to care. It feels so calming, being surrounded by green, too, as if I am in a forest, safe and nurturedContinue reading “6 Easy care houseplants for beginners”
Every morning, Markus and I have a simple breakfast here at the tiny house in the soon to be Cafe Domingo. The kettle has boiled, the sun is soft and yellow, the birds are singing, and all we need is delicious food! Below are our daily regulars and here’s to wishing we can share one with you one day.
